Chateau Maime
A delightful blend of grape varieties found in the south of France, Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault. The complimentary features of these grapes work particularly well in a rose wine. Côtes de Provence is the largest appellation of the Provence wine region and produces the majority of the region’s rosé wine. Beautiful colour, very pleasant nose, well balanced; some fruit, tannins and acidity. For lighter
fare and a good cocktail wine.

Chateau Roubine
Very bright, pale salmon pink colour with delicate aromas of spring flowers, fresh red berries and stone fruits. Light in body, it is a vibrant rosé, very refined and delicate on the palate with flavours of sour cherries, raspberries, fresh white peaches and tangerines as well as chalky and racy mineral notes. The finish is moderately long with refreshing acidity.

Rothschild Les Lauriers Rose
Light peach pink in colour, with subtle notes of fresh flowers, red berries and stone fruits on both the nose and palate, as well as nice minerality. Great acidity and balance on the moderately long finish.

Chateau Roubine La Vie En Rose
A blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Syrah. Bright salmon pink in colour, with on the nose fresh cherries, strawberries and peaches with subtle hints of honeysuckle and minerals. Light in body, with fruity notes of ripe red berries and stone fruit, hints of stoney minerals on the mid-palate and perfect, medium-plus acid structure that balances well the ripeness of the fruit, carrying the wine throughout a refreshing finish with a touch of blood orange. Delightful.

Sainte Beatrice Instant B
The entry-level wine from Château Roubine, which shows their ability at making quality rosé at every price point. Very light pink in colour. On the nose, some freshly picked strawberries and cherries as well as citrus pith. Light in body with notes of tart raspberries and red currants as well as a hint of peach, refreshing mouthfeel, with nice minerals, sour cherries and red berries, medium acidity, as well as a pleasant juicy finish.

Flam Rosé
Fresh nose of summer and stone fruits. Light to medium in weight with good acidity. The finish is refreshing. A well-balanced, quality and fruit forward rosé.

Carmel Appellation Rose
Salmon towards candy pink in colour. On the nose, aromas of strawberries, ripe grapefruit and cherries. Almost medium in body, slightly off-dry, with on the palate ripe cherries, raspberries and strawberries followed by pink grapefruit, medium-plus acidity, with a hint of pleasant, balancing sweetness rising towards the refreshing and moderately long finish. Delightful rose.

Carmel Selected Rosé
The Carmel Selected Rosé is a new addition to the Carmel Selected series. This Judean Hills Semi-dry blush rose
wine is aromatic, refreshing, light and fruity. Produced with 40% Grenache,
30% Tempranillo, 30% Zinfandel, this wine should be served chilled. Pair with cheese, fish or light snacks. This is a drink-now wine.

Tabor Adama Rose
Bright candy pink in color, with on the nose and palate citrus fruit, strawberry and cherry. Light in body with excellent balance between the fruit and acidity as well as a touch of minerality, giving this wine some welcome complexity. Low in alcohol, refreshing and quite pleasantly drinking.

IGT Costa Toscana Rosato
Full of fruit and sourness that collects the wine and accompanies the whole tasting. A long finish with a touch of light bitterness and red grapefruit flavours. The must went through
a long cold fermentation, and finally the various plots were mixed up to form the final blend. Well balanced. A flowered, sweeping nose of strawberry, peach and fresh green apple.

Dalton Estate Rose
Is a blush wine made from shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and barbera. The red grapes are brought into the winery at the end of the summer and after crushing allowed to sit on their skins for three hours before pressing, resulting in a light pink juice. This pink juice was cold fermented for three weeks in order to preserve as much of the character of the wine as possible Fermentation was stopped early by freezing so that some residual sugar would remain. This wine is an incredibly aromatic wine, with the essence of bright strawberry, rose pedal and red grapefruit. The wine is slightly off dry and its bright acidity enhances the length of the wine’s fruit driven palate.

Nose of ripe raspberries and cherries.
A little bit sweet with red fruit and candy notes, medium acidity and ah of minerality. Good QPR (quality-price ratio) for those who like their rosé slightly off-dry.
