Campus Rabbi/Rebbetzen
This role will combine a wide range of Rabbinic and educational roles, including teaching students on campus in informal settings with regular hosting of students at home. Some public speaking and work with donors will also be expected. A recognised Orthodox Rabbinic qualification is required. A Rabbinic couple would be ideal for this role.
The job is based at a UK University Campus, but may involve educating further afield.
For the next academic year, we are recruiting for Nottingham, Bristol and Leeds University Campuses.
The 3 main elements of the role(s) are:
- Teaching Jewish Studies/Judaism at beginner level and above to university students
- Planning, facilitating and hosting regular social events for Jewish university students
- Cultivating a friendly, warm atmosphere and providing an open home to Jewish university students with regular hosting
Job Type: Full-time
Package: £36,000-£38,000 per annum

Campaigning
Royal Mail issued a stamp honouring Holocaust hero Sir Nicholas Winton after a Jewish News campaign attracted more than 100,000 backers. Jewish Newsalso produces special editions of the paper highlighting pressing issues including mental health and Holocaust remembrance.
