The Whisky Event returns this year with a luxury showcase of more than 60 leading brands and distilleries – and 250 whiskies – from around the world.
Hosted by The Whisky World, the show follows on from their successful inaugural event last year and will be held on Sunday, 2 June, at the J W Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, London.
While promising this year’s show will be “bigger and better”, the organisers also hope to deliver “an exciting tour of the whisky world in three hours”.
The well-established Scotch, Irish and American brands are confirmed, but so too are newer arrivals from India, Taiwan, Japan and Australia.
This year also brings the presence of Milk & Honey, Israel’s first whisky distillery, which has recently arrived in UK outlets.
Guests will also be treated to cocktail bar from Pureaux, which will serve up alcoholic fruit garnishes alongside the Golden Eight Pear Liqueur.
As a perfect complement to the whisky, the event includes a lavish kosher buffet from Wembley-based firm, Catering by Ezri.
Among the brands exhibiting at The Whisky event are Glenrothes, Glendronach, Benriach, Glenglassaugh, Bunnahabhain, Ledaig, Bain’s, Tobermory, Deanston, Gordon & Macphail, Tamdhu, Glengoyne, Laphroaig, Bowmore, Macallan, Suntory Japanese Whisky, Glenmorangie, Ardbeg, Penderyn, Chivas, Glenlivet, Aberlour, Springbank, Hazelburn, Longrow, Kilkerran, Whisky Works and Dalmore.
