In the latest round of Masters action, Raiders further extended their lead at the top of Division One table, while Lions did likewise in Division Two, writes Jeremy Silverstone…
DIVISION ONE:

North London Raiders extended the gap at the top of the table after seeing off the challenge from Chigwell. Raiders stormed into a three-goal lead through goals from Darren Cohen, Danny Daggers and Rob Cohen, and despite Glenn Davis and Paul Gold pegging them back to 3-2, Raiders held on to take the points.
Raiders’ nearest challengers, Waldaf Town, went down 4-1 to HMH with Marc Ratzker, James Temple, James Pincus and Tony Simons scoring for HMH.
Faithfold and Scrabble Harmen drew 1-1, with Danny Myers and Ben Simons netting respectively.
DIVISION TWO:
Lions march relentlessly on and opened up a four-point gap at the top of the table thanks to a 3-0 win over Temple Fortune, courtesy of goals from Marc Morris, Simon Black and Michael Abrahams.
Glenthorne returned to form with a comfortable 5-0 win over Hendon Harriers, thanks to Sid Shaw’s double, along with strikes from Dave Michaels, Brian Deal and an own goal.
EDRS went down 4-2 to St John’s Wood Tigers. Oren Wolf and Paul Herszaft scored two each for Tigers, whilst Marc Schneiderman and Malcolm Joseph replied for EDRS.
