Communal charities and organisations cancels key events

The Community Security Trust cancelled its annual fundraising dinner, as communal charities this week announced they would postpone similar events as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak.

Cancellations include:

World Jewish Relief’s trip to Odessa, Ukraine, due to run between 29 March and 1 April.

Langdon’s annual dinner due to take place on the 18th May.

WIZO and Westminster Young Professionals’ Power Hour with Apprentice star Claude Littner, which was due to take place on 10 March

Youth Aliyah Child Rescue’s gala dinner on 23 March

Weizmann UK’s series of events, starting on 11 March, with new President, Professor Alon Chen

The Zionist Federation’s annual dinner on 22nd March,

Young Norwood’s  Business Entrepreneurs event on 26 March, until July.

Jnetics Inaugural Fundraising Dinner has been cancelled. It was due to take place in just 4 days, on Monday 16th March.
