World Jewish Relief is the UK Jewish community’s humanitarian agency. We tackle poverty among the world’s most vulnerable Jewish communities and beyond.

We are looking for two people to join our dynamic and driven team, based in NW2. Help us to make a real difference to the lives of people in dire circumstances.

Trust Fundraiser – c.£28,000

Do you have exceptional written communication, relationship
building and organisational skills?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic
and organised Trust Fundraiser with outstanding written communication skills to join our friendly and dedicated Major Giving
Team. By managing the relationships, reporting and application
cycles for all existing Trusts and Foundations, as well as developing
a programme of research to identify and secure new sources of
funding, you will help grow our increasingly successful Major Giving
programme, allowing World Jewish Relief to further expand its life-changing portfolio of global programmes.

We’re looking for an efficient and capable individual with exceptional
written communication and relationship building skills to play a key
role in help change peoples lives.

There’s no shortage of oys in the world but Jewish News takes every opportunity to celebrate the joys too, through projects like Night of Heroes, 40 Under 40 and other compelling countdowns that make the community kvell with pride.

Pioneering

In the first collaboration between media outlets from different faiths, Jewish News worked with British Muslim TV and Church Times to produce a list of young activists leading the way on interfaith understanding.

Campaigning

Royal Mail issued a stamp honouring Holocaust hero Sir Nicholas Winton after a Jewish News campaign attracted more than 100,000 backers. Jewish Newsalso produces special editions of the paper highlighting pressing issues including mental health and Holocaust remembrance.

In an age when news is readily accessible, Jewish News provides high-quality content free online and offline, removing any financial barriers to connecting people.
