Teddy named new junior captain at Hartsbourne
Teddy Vandermolen has been named the new junior captain of Hartsbourne Golf Club.

Announced at last weekend’s Junior AGM, prize giving and the new Junior Captain Drive In, Vandermolen became the Junior Captain for 2016/17 with Sam Buckwald named as the Vice Junior Captain.
Teddy said: “I feel honoured to be here as your new junior captain. I would like to thank Gaby Rishover for being a great junior captain, leading by example with great enthusiasm and I’m looking forward to following in her footsteps. I’m hoping as a team we can continue going from strength to strength.
“I’m also delighted that the committee have selected Sam Buckwald as the new junior vice-captain. I’m looking forward to playing together so we can hopefully lead Hartsbourne to many victories and trophies.”
An exciting time for Hartsbourne Juniors, they face East Herts in the Final at Essendon of the Hertfordshire Lexus League on Monday, after winning their pool and semi-final against Hadley Wood. Samantha Diamond, Hartsbourne Junior Organiser, said: “After reaching the semi final 2 years in a row we are very excited to be playing as finalist this year and looking forward to a great day. So proud of all Hartsbourne Juniors who have played over the season to make this happen.”
