Iran

The Iranian delegation reading through the agreement.

• Iran stopped from producing enriched uranium or weapons-grade plutonium.

• Iran to remove two-thirds of its centrifuges, necessary to produce the enriched uranium, and store them under constant international supervision.

• Iran not to use centrifuges to produce enriched uranium for the next decade.

• Iran to get rid of 98 percent of its stockpile of enriched uranium, a fraction of that required for a single nuclear weapon. Stockpile limitation for 15 years.

• Core of the heavy water reactor in Arak to be modified, so that it cannot produce weapons-grade plutonium.

• Iran to remove the spent fuel from Arak, shipping it abroad for the lifetime of the reactor.

• Inspectors to get 24/7 access to all nuclear sites, including uranium mines, mills, conversion units and centrifuge manufacturing and storage facilities. • Additional sanctions to remain in place, including five years for those related to weapons and eight years for those related to ballistic missiles.

• In return, both US and international sanctions will be phased out, in return for verified Iranian compliance.

• Iranian non-compliance means all sanctions will immediately be leveraged once again.
