CST is offering a fantastic opportunity for motivate people to work as part of their new 24/7 state-of-the-art Security Control Centre.

Duties include:

  • Monitoring images across multiple sites within established processes
  • Determining the best response/escalation to incidents
  • Liaising with staff to co-ordinate the appropriate emergency response when required
  • Monitoring and responding to location radio traffic
  • Performing first level triage on incoming incidents


The ideal applicant should have:

  • Previous security experience
  • Tech-savvy: enjoy using innovative technology
  • A strong team player
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focussed under stress and pressure
  • Happy to work on a shift basis
  • SIA license (not essential – can be obtained through CST)
