More than 1,000 paint London blue and white for Israel’s 70th!
Electric performances from X Factor stars Jack and Joel and Israeli band Hadag Nahash entertain guests for Yom Ha'atzmaut
Over 1000 people from all over the U.K. and Israel came together this week, as the community celebrated Israel’s birthday this week.
The event, media partnered by Jewish News, saw Israeli dancing and food, as well as comedy, and electric performances to the sell out crowd from X-Factor stars Jack and Joel, as well as Israeli band Hadag Nahash and singer Ehud Banai.
Paul Charney, chairman of the Zionist Federation, “a huge thank you to all those who came out to celebrate Israel’s 70th Birthday with the ZF and over 40 other organisations across the community. It was so special to see over 1000 people up and dancing for Israel.
From under 10 years old to over 80, this was a celebration that brought so many people together and had them on their feet until late into the night. Looking forward to celebrating with you all again next year!”
The event was held at the Hive in Barnet.
