Sunday afternoon saw the latest round of action played in the Jewish News Maccabi Junior Football, as Hendon Utd White U10’s completed a league & cup double…
Division One leaders Alyth Belsize Red were held to a 1-1 draw by Alyth Belsize Black in an inter-club derby.
Hendon United Red turned on the style to defeat Brady Maccabi 6-1, thanks in no small part to a hat-trick from Yedidya Solomon.
In Division Two, HMH Jaffa came away from HMH Eilat with a 3-1 win.

Hendon United Blue clinched the Major Cup as they beat NWLJ. Samuel Leibovici and Eli Meyers scored two each, with Simi Chippeck and Nosson Pearl also on target.

Royal Mail issued a stamp honouring Holocaust hero Sir Nicholas Winton after a Jewish News campaign attracted more than 100,000 backers. Jewish Newsalso produces special editions of the paper highlighting pressing issues including mental health and Holocaust remembrance.
